Description
Multiple construction and development works including sports complexes cricket grounds stadium lighting and district sports offices across various districts with total estimated costs ranging up to Rs 115 million and bid security at 5% of estimated cost for each project. Procurement follows single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted via EPADS by 07 May 2026 at 12:00 PM technical opening at 02:00 PM same day and financial bids opened after technical evaluation. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in multiple categories including civil electrical and mechanical. Complete BOQ filling mandatory otherwise bids will be rejected as non responsive
