Procurement of electrical distribution materials including ABC cables of various sizes 4x95mm2 4x70mm2 2x10mm2 4x16mm2 insulated piercing connectors for different capacities single phase and three phase suspension clamps with pole brackets dead end clamps protection end caps insulated compression lugs for transformer LT connections and LT steel structures on lot wise basis - procurement through electronic bidding via EPADS v2.0 with no manual submission allowed - bidders must submit original bid security in form of CDR or bank guarantee before closing time otherwise bids will be rejected - bids must be complete conditional or partial bids will not be accepted and evaluation conducted as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 - bids will be opened on same day after submission deadline Pro Tip Ensure timely submission of original bid security instrument along with complete electronic bid to avoid rejection
