Description
Sealed technical and financial bids invited under single stage single envelope procedure for construction of access road for hydropower project in Neelum Valley – bidders must be registered for e-bidding and hold valid PEC license in category C-4 and above – completion period 60 days – bid security of PKR 900000 required to be deposited in designated project account with proof uploaded – rates to be quoted on percentage basis above below or at par up to two decimal points – bidders quoting abnormal rates must provide rate analysis otherwise bid will be rejected – bidding documents available from department dashboard – technical documents to be submitted as required and emailed after financial opening – procuring authority reserves right to reject any or all bids under applicable rules
