Water Quality Improvement Of Percolation Wells Through Slow Sand Filtration at Dangrot In Kotli City along with Supply and Installation of New Machinery for Percolation Wells including complete filtration systems slow sand filtration works installation of machinery equipment and allied infrastructure under AJK PPRA Rules 36b through single stage two envelope e bidding system with required PEC categories C4 CE04 CE09 and C5 ME07 EE10 eligibility criteria requiring similar completed projects of 71 million PKR for filtration works and 20.30 million PKR for machinery works submission of technical and financial bids electronically bid securities 3100000 PKR and 900000 PKR respectively completion periods 540 days and 180 days pre bid meeting scheduled and mandatory affidavit non blacklisting requirements and compliance with MRS 1st biannual 2026 evaluation procedure
