Food Hampers Relief Nonfood Items Procurement Tender Notice

Prequalification and procurement of food and non food relief items for disaster flood and monsoon operations including - food hamper items such as sugar dal channa dal mong dal masoor rice roasted channa mixed pickle ghee salt red chili turmeric powder dry milk tea match boxes atta drinking water - cooked food items including chicken curry rice with chicken rice with chana roti vegetable salan dal chana dal masoor with transportation to relief camps - packing materials including food grade poly bags cartons polypropylene bags with strict quality and shelf life requirements - non food items including charpai mosquito nets plastic mats mattress animal fodder and vehicles for transportation. All items must meet specified quality standards including mycotoxin free grains and proper packaging. Bidding will be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS and bids must be submitted electronically with original bid security submitted physically. Estimated cost is 10000000 and bid security of 300000 is required along with performance guarantee of 2 percent of contract value. Eligible bidders must be registered with income tax sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities.
