Farm Machinery Shed Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of farm machinery and implements shed including complete civil works and execution at designated premises ensuring quality construction and compliance with provided specifications. Bidding will be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 38(2)(a) and only electronic submissions via EPADS will be accepted while manual bids are not allowed. Contractors must be enlisted with PEC in relevant category and registered with FBR and PRA with valid tax certifications. Earnest money must be submitted in the form of CDR bank draft or cashier cheque in a separate sealed envelope before deadline. Bids will be opened at 12:00 noon on the same date and all documents including tax certificates NTN STRN and active taxpayer proof must be submitted duly signed and stamped. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected and procurement will follow PPRA Rules 2014.
