Procurement of software solutions under framework contract including - Biotime biometric software - Chat GPT business plan for four users - Microsoft 365 business basic licenses for organizational use. Bidding will be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS and bidders must submit electronic bids along with bid security of 3 percent for each lot. Bids must be submitted before 01:00 PM and will be opened at 01:30 PM on the same day. Eligible bidders must be registered with tax authorities and comply with all documentation requirements.
