Floating Jetties Renovation Kallar Kahar Hiran Minar Tender Notice
Description
Decoration and renovation works for floating jetties at two locations including Kallar Kahar and Hiran Minar with size 15 x 20 feet as per provided specifications designs and pictures including all associated improvement and finishing works required for functionality and aesthetics. Bidding will be conducted through single stage one envelope procedure where bidders are required to submit bids electronically through EPADS by uploading complete documents in PDF format and bids will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the same day. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax Sales Tax departments and active filer status and must also be registered on EPADS while providing copies of valid registration certificates along with a certificate of non blacklisting. Bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost amounting to PKR 150000 must be submitted in shape of CDR in favor of the procuring authority. Bidders are also required to provide a sample of flower as specified in bidding documents before bid opening to demonstrate capability and skill and the work must be completed within 30 days of issuance of work order. Pro Tip: Ensure all required documents including registration certificates bid security instrument and sample submission are completed in advance to avoid disqualification during technical evaluation.
