It Equipment Surveillance Procurement Abbottabad Tender Notice
Description
Procurement supply installation and configuration on turnkey basis of multiple items including - color printers - 08 bay NAS disk station - NAS drives 04 TB - firewall license renewal - software subscriptions such as Radmin and VNC - scanners - Ruckus access points and watchdog controller - joystick for PTZ camera control with microphone - POE network switches - PTZ cameras - fire extinguishers including ABC dry chemical powder and CO2 gas - water dispensers - inverter air conditioners - DSLR camera - IP cameras ensuring full functionality and integration across sites. Bidding will be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure where bidders must submit separate technical and financial bids through EPADS along with hard copies and clearly marked envelopes and technical bid must include affidavit regarding placement of original bid security in financial bid. Eligible bidders must be registered with tax authorities on active taxpayer list and EPADS and provide affidavit of non blacklisting. Bid security of 2 percent of quoted value is required in shape of call deposit receipt. Bids will be opened at 12:00 Noon in presence of bidders or their representatives and items must be delivered and installed within 15 days of work order. Pro Tip: Ensure complete technical documentation affidavits and proper placement of original bid security within financial bid envelope to avoid technical disqualification during evaluation.
