Procurement Of Eid Event Arrangements Materials And Machiner Tender Notice
Description
Procure event management and sanitation related goods services and rentals for Eid operations including tenting arrangements - kannats - tables - chairs - catering services such as lunch boxes and cold drinks - printing and supply of publicity materials including streamers banners standees and hand pamphlets - biodegradable bags of multiple sizes with printing - contingency sanitation items including lime powder brooms tat palian sanghi bailcha kassi wheel barrows phenyl iron hooks gainti face masks and disposable gloves - and rental of machinery and vehicles including Suzuki pickups tractor trolleys tractor buckets loaders excavators and dumpers with drivers and fuel ensuring operational readiness and cleanliness management. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using single stage one envelope procedure where bids must be submitted electronically and accompanied by bidder form and 2% earnest money in the form of call deposit with original submission required before opening. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM in presence of bidders representatives. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant authorities and comply with all documentation requirements otherwise bids will be rejected.
