Railway Site Leasing Petrol Pumps Tender Notice
Description
Lease multiple land sites for development of petrol pumps and allied facilities including seventeen locations across divisions with provision for construction and operation of fuel stations under long term lease arrangements ensuring commercial utilization of land assets. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure where bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals based on two variables including annual rental offer and one time non refundable commitment fee quoted separately for each site. Pre bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 14:30 hours on the same day in presence of bidders representatives. Bidders must submit sealed bids along with bid security in the form of call deposit or bank draft and meet eligibility criteria including participation by oil marketing companies or their authorized dealers. Lease period is 21 years with 10 percent annual increase and mobilization period of six months.
