Description
Rehabilitation works of railway drain including restoration and improvement of drainage channel in front of Moon Building Store within drainage subdivision to ensure proper wastewater flow and drainage efficiency - includes civil works as per DNIT and BOQs specifications - bidding will be conducted through e-PADS using single stage one envelope procedure - bidders must submit electronic bids in PDF format via e-PADS only and no hard copies will be accepted - bids must be submitted on or before deadline and will be opened electronically on same day - bid security in acceptable forms including CDR bank guarantee pay order demand draft or banker cheque amounting to 4 percent of estimated cost is mandatory with soft copy upload and original submission at designated office - bidders must have valid NTN and PNTN with active filer status and provide incorporation documents partnership deed or sole proprietorship affidavit - bids found corrupt unreadable or containing virus will be rejected - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 with bid validity of 120 days Pro Tip Ensure all eligibility documents and bid security are properly submitted to avoid disqualification
