Procurement of grow lights six numbers under agricultural research project for enhancing rice leaffolder management and sustainable yield improvement - includes supply of equipment as per specified requirements with bidders providing detailed specifications including make model and origin - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals - bidders must submit earnest money in acceptable instruments including CDR bank draft or cashier cheque and upload complete tender documents online - bids must be submitted before deadline and will be opened on same day - bidders must be registered with FBR and provide NTN STRN and active tax certificates - incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected and procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete technical specifications and valid tax certificates to avoid disqualification
