Construction of RCC nullah drainage channels passage works and desilting of ponds including infrastructure development at multiple locations in district Gujrat - includes civil works under different schemes covering drainage improvement and water flow management - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using single stage single envelope procedure with electronic submission - bidders must submit 5 percent bid security in acceptable instruments and provide original before deadline - bids will be opened on same day in presence of bidders - bidders must have valid PEC license tax registration and submit complete documentation - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 with requirement of performance guarantee for successful bidder Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete documents and compliance with bid security requirements to avoid disqualification
