Establishment of mock rooms and classrooms for hospitality department through renovation and allied civil electrical works including furniture and fixtures as per BOQ specifications - procurement conducted through e PADs under single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be PEC registered category C4 or above with valid specialization codes and active tax registration with FBR PRA - submission requires signed stamped complete bid documents and bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost with original submission before deadline - performance guarantee 10 percent applicable under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure submission of readable complete documents and valid tax certificates to avoid rejection
