Renovation and allied works along with provision of furniture fixtures and accessories for establishment of hospitality department facilities at GTTI Multan including civil and electrical works as per BOQ - procurement through e PADs using single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be PEC registered category C4 or above with relevant specialization codes and active registration with FBR PRA and EPADS - submission requires complete BOQ signed stamped documents and bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost with original submission before deadline - performance guarantee 10 percent applicable under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure compliance with all technical specifications and timely submission of bid security to avoid rejection
