Execution of solarization works for mosques under integrated development package including multiple packages covering locations Dangara Tandi Gagay Bara Khass Birgade Rajgal Bagh Rajgal Ghakhi Rajgal Wachay Wanay Rajgal Sadam Hussain Umar Khel MDK Terah M Ismail Khuja Khel Qan Khel Abdul Jalil Kuki Khel Zarmarza Rasool Kalay Lal Zada BQK Haji Fazal Kareem Garai QMK Gul Muhammad Kalay Garai QMK Qaziano Kalay Taow Khel Bar Godi Khel Lagadi Masjid Sher Khan Khel Kalay Haji Sarfaraz Masjid Haji Mawaz Masjid Sarlandai Kalay Donga Ziarat Kalay Masjid Manzawoon Madrasa Pir Malang Masjid using single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS requiring submission of separate technical and financial bids electronically along with physical submission of original bid security equal to 2 percent of engineer estimate in form of call deposit receipt with technical bid opening scheduled at 1230 hours on 07-05-2026 and financial bids opened after evaluation while bidders must be registered with KPRA and comply with KPPRA rules and unreadable or incomplete bids will be rejected - Pro Tip Ensure proper preparation of both technical and financial proposals to meet evaluation criteria and avoid disqualification
