Construction of water supply infrastructure including tube well installation open wells sump wells with drilling boring and pumping chambers for drinking water supply scheme at Tangi to Sarki Kamar Shinko using single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS requiring submission of technical and financial bids electronically along with original bid security equal to 2 percent of engineer estimate in form of call deposit receipt submitted physically before deadline with technical bid opening scheduled at 1130 hours on 12-05-2026 and financial bids opened after evaluation while bidders must meet eligibility criteria and be registered with KPRA and comply with KPPRA rules and unreadable or incomplete bids will be rejected - Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete technical documentation and proper financial proposal to pass evaluation stage
