Execution of civil works for 36.6 MW hydropower complex including structural development infrastructure works and associated components as defined in bidding documents using single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS requiring bidders having PEC license category C3 and above and registration with KPRA and FBR with submission of technical and financial bids along with bid security of 2 percent of engineer estimate in form of bank draft or bank guarantee and participation in pre bid meeting on 30-04-2026 at 11:00 AM at PEDO House Peshawar with electronic bid submission deadline on 14-05-2026 at 14:00 hours and submission of hard copies for evaluation purposes and application of above below at par BOQ system under MRS 2025 with compliance to KPPRA rules - Pro Tip Ensure alignment with MRS 2025 specifications to avoid technical disqualification
