Construction and solarization of irrigation tube wells including multiple packages covering installation of new and existing solar tube wells across various locations with associated civil and electrical works using single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS requiring contractors with PEC registration relevant codes and KPRA active status with submission of technical and financial bids along with bid security and tender entry fee of 0.03 percent of estimated cost with pre bid meeting on 07-05-2026 and bid submission deadline on 14-05-2026 at 12:00 noon with technical opening at 12:30 PM and evaluation based on compliance with specifications and KPPRA rules - Pro Tip Submit separate proposals for each package to ensure eligibility
