Bids are invited from bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments having valid NTN and GST certificates and appearing on Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue for procurement of outdoor rated full colour LED dot matrix display P O FIDS for departure concourse area IIAP Islamabad bidding will be conducted under Public Procurement Rules 2004 using single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS system bidders must submit electronic bids along with bid security of PKR 200000 in form of pay order in favour of Pakistan Airports Authority original bid security must be submitted before bid opening detailed bidding documents are available on EPADS system bids must be submitted online and manual bids will not be entertained bids will be opened on same day through EPADS eligibility requires tax registration and compliance with procurement rules warning regarding submission of fake financial instruments leading to blacklisting and legal action grievance redressal committee has been constituted under PPRA Rule 48 Pro Tip Ensure EPADS registration and submission of original bid security before opening time to avoid disqualification
