The Chief Minister Inspection Team invites bids from eligible bidders for supply of stationery items total items count 39 procurement shall be made under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 bidders must be registered on Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA eligibility requires assignments of similar nature and complexity turnover requirement active taxpayer list sales tax certificate and firm must not be blacklisted joint venture not permissible bidders must submit bid security of 2 percent in form of deposit at call from scheduled bank undertaking required for quality of stationery items bidding procedure is single stage two envelope bidding documents can be obtained from office issuance from date of publication till 11 May 2026 during office hours last date of bid submission 11 May 2026 till 10:00 AM tenders will be opened same day at 11:00 AM Pro Tip Ensure registration on BPPRA system and submission of required bid security to avoid disqualification
