The authority invites bids for hiring of call center services procurement shall be carried out under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope method through EPADS portal bidders must be registered on EPADS manual conditional telegraphic or postal tenders will not be entertained bidders are required to upload bid security in form of bank guarantee CDR or bank draft issued from scheduled bank in favour of authority original bid security must be submitted before closing time otherwise online bids will not be entertained contract duration shall be three years last date for submission of bid on EPADS is 07 05 2026 till 12:00 PM bids will be opened on 07 05 2026 at 12:30 PM in presence of bidders bidding documents available on EPADS and PPRA websites bidders may obtain further information through email or contact office Pro Tip Upload bid well before deadline and ensure submission of original bid security to avoid rejection
