Repair and maintenance works of municipal office building including structural improvements civil repairs and rehabilitation activities under PPRA Rules through EPADS system contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and provide valid CNIC PRA registration STRN NTN and professional tax certificate bidders are required to deposit earnest money equal to 5 percent of estimated cost through CDR and upload copy with bid submission electronic bids must be submitted by filling BOQ online before 11:00 AM and original documents must be presented at opening time bids will be opened at 12:30 PM and successful bidder announced thereafter additional performance security may be required if bid is below estimated cost and strict compliance with documentation and authenticity requirements is mandatory Pro Tip Upload accurate documents and ensure original CDR submission at opening to avoid disqualification
