Construction of municipal sports arena with estimated cost 21.70 million and earnest money 1085000 - bidding through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category for FY 2025 26 - e bids must be submitted online and accompanied by bid security 5 percent in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order in favor of Chief Officer Municipal Corporation Sargodha and original bid security submitted before deadline - submission deadline 18 May 2026 at 1:30 PM and opening on same day at 2:00 PM - only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening - bids must remain valid for 120 days and conditional bids will not be accepted Pro Tip Upload bids early and ensure complete bid security documentation to avoid rejection
