sealed electronic bids are invited from engineering firms and contractors registered with pakistan engineering council and epads for construction works under single stage two envelope procedure procurement shall follow ppra rules amended bidders must submit bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost amounting to 1085000 in form of cdr bank guarantee demand draft or pay order in favour of chief officer original bid security must be submitted before deadline e bids shall be submitted on 18-05-2026 at 01:30 pm and opened on same day at 02:00 pm only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial opening conditional bids will not be accepted bids validity 120 days estimated cost of project is 21.70 million and work includes construction of municipal sports arena complete as per bidding documents
