Construction rehabilitation and improvement works including sewerage systems storm water drainage infrastructure street pavements installation of street lights restoration and rehabilitation of green areas parks parking sheds roads and allied urban infrastructure across multiple city packages with varying estimated costs and bid securities bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council relevant category along with FBR PRA NTN PNTN and PPRA E Procurement registration bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure with encrypted PDF submission original bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in form of bank guarantee CDR pay order or demand draft must be submitted before deadline bids must include methodology of works and quoted item wise rates in figures and words bids will be opened at 11:00 AM after submission deadline of 10:30 AM validity period of bids is 120 days conditional bids will not be accepted and performance guarantee will be required from successful bidder Pro Tip Upload complete encrypted bid documents early and ensure matching original bid security submission to avoid disqualification
