Procurement of medicines surgical items and disposable medical supplies under framework contract including local purchase based on maximum discount from retail price covering multinational companies national companies medicines and disposable surgical items bidders must be registered with NTN GST and possess valid drug sale license category A bids must include bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR pay order or demand draft valid for 180 days original instrument must be submitted before opening bids will be submitted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure including technical and financial proposals separately bids will be received at 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM on same day Pro Tip Ensure valid drug license and timely submission of original bid security to avoid rejection
