Construction of Ladies Bar Room in the Judicial Complex Punjab one at Session Court Lahore with DNIT cost Rs 6.033 Million earnest money Rs 0.302 Million and time limit 06 months tender invited on item rates on approved DNIT from contractors firms enlisted renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for current financial year having PEC License Category C6 and above with specialized code CE10 contractors not having relevant specialized code will not be entertained procurement to be carried out through EPADS system bidders must register on EPADS portal and obtain tender documents from EPADS and PPRA websites bids must be submitted online through EPADS manual bids shall not be accepted bidders must submit earnest money in form of CDR Bank draft or Cashiers cheque of any scheduled bank equal to 5 percent of estimated DNIT cost and must produce original instrument before closing time to Executive Engineer 4th Building Division Lahore otherwise bids will not be entertained conditional tenders and tenders without earnest money shall be rejected bids will be opened online on 13-05-2026 at 11:30 AM in office of Commissioner Lahore Division in presence of contractors or authorized representatives with power of attorney procurement governed under PPRA rules procuring agency may reject all bids at any time and communicate grounds upon request Pro Tip Ensure PEC required category and submission of original earnest money before deadline to avoid rejection
