Framework contract of lab kits reagents chemicals and consumables for the financial year 2026-2027 including procurement of lab kits reagents chemicals and consumables as per list with bids to be submitted electronically via EPADS portal closing date 05-05-2026 at 10:30 AM and opening date 05-05-2026 at 11:00 AM bidders must submit bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in form of call deposit receipt or bank guarantee original bid security must be submitted at least 30 minutes prior to opening time otherwise bid shall be rejected procurement carried out under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 procuring agency reserves right to cancel procurement process or modify quantities as per availability of funds and PPRA rules Pro Tip Ensure submission of original bid security within stipulated time before opening to avoid rejection
