Tender Notice dated April 24 2026 invites bids for construction and repair maintenance RMC works from well reputed registered contractors firms and suppliers complete tender forms must reach the office by May 10 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives the undersigned reserves the right to cancel the contract at any stage in case of unsatisfactory performance terms tender documents can be obtained from the office during working hours upon payment of non refundable fee of Rs 4000 after acceptance of tender and issuance of work order any delay or change in supply of work or items may result in forfeiture of security deposit and cancellation of tender call deposit amounting to Rs 32000 in the name of Principal must be attached with the tender form in the shape of bank draft from any scheduled bank without call deposit the tender form will not be accepted only registered firms dealers suppliers contractors will be considered
