Hiring of consultancy services for project management including feasibility studies conceptual design detailed design covering architecture structure and MEP works engineer estimates tender documentation and construction supervision for development of education infrastructure across multiple divisions including establishment of STEM laboratories construction of additional classrooms provision of missing facilities rehabilitation and reconstruction of dangerous school buildings and development of early childhood education centers Services include pre construction planning design and documentation construction supervision and post construction support Expression of interest must be submitted electronically through EPADS Eligible firms must demonstrate qualifications as per procurement rules Selection will be carried out using quality and cost based selection method Pro Tip Ensure submission includes complete qualification documentation and is uploaded correctly on EPADS to avoid rejection
