Procurement of multiple civil works including rehabilitation and renovation of offices residential quarters bungalows and government facilities along with construction works such as waiting shade auditorium and entry gate across various locations in Thatta including Makli and surrounding colonies Scope includes - renovation of executive engineer office - superintendent and deputy commissioner offices - residential houses and quarters - assistant commissioner house - construction of public infrastructure works All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure Manual submission is not allowed Bidders must submit bid security in form of call deposit receipt equal to 5 percent of estimated cost along with tender fee Eligibility requires valid PEC registration relevant category experience in similar works financial turnover audit reports tax registration and technical staff details Bids will be opened after submission deadline as per schedule Pro Tip Ensure all mandatory eligibility documents including financial and technical credentials are complete and uploaded correctly to avoid disqualification
