Procurement of uniform items and footwear for special students including boys summer uniforms - shirts with monogram, pants with belt, socks - boys winter uniforms - shirts with monogram, pants with belt, socks, woolen jersey - girls summer uniforms - shalwar, qameez with monogram, dupatta, sash, socks - girls winter uniforms - shalwar, qameez with monogram, socks, woolen shawl and woolen jersey - and black color school shoes for boys and girls (Bata or equivalent) as per specifications; procurement to be conducted through e-bidding via E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure; bidders must be registered with income tax, sales tax and E-PADS and submit technical and financial proposals online with bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR uploaded and submitted physically before opening; technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day of submission and financial bids of qualified firms will be opened after grievance period; bidders must provide mandatory documents including CNIC, tax registrations, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and professional tax certificate; successful bidder must provide performance guarantee of 10 percent, ensure measurement of students within 10 working days and complete supply within 30 days with transportation responsibility and penalties applicable for delays.
