Construction and maintenance works including establishment of enforcement stations and repair and maintenance of district courts judicial complexes camp offices and residential colonies involving civil works across multiple locations as per DNIT and BOQs; procurement through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using item rate basis; bidders must be PEC registered and submit bids electronically with 5 percent bid security in form of CDR submitted before opening; performance guarantee of 10 percent required from successful bidder; bids to be opened at scheduled time and incomplete bids will be rejected. Pro Tip: Ensure complete BOQ entries and compliance with PEC requirements.
