Description
Procurement of handheld communication devices with accessories and smart phones with estimated cost PKR 4.914 million under Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 Rule 38(1); bids to be submitted via EPADS by 11-05-2026 till 11:30 AM and opened at 12:00 PM; bidders must be registered with tax authorities and EPADS; bid security 2% of estimated cost required in form of CDR or bank guarantee submitted physically before deadline; late, incomplete or conditional bids will not be entertained; procurement governed by PPRA Rules 2014.
