Construction Ladies Children Public Park Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited for construction of a ladies and children park including civil works landscaping development of open recreational space and installation of necessary infrastructure to provide public recreational facilities. The procurement follows single stage two envelope procedure requiring submission of separate technical and financial bids through EPADS along with hard copies in sealed envelopes via courier service. Eligible contractors must be PEC registered enlisted with relevant authorities and active taxpayers. Bid security at two percent of estimated cost in the form of call deposit is mandatory.
