Consultancy Services For Water Supply Solarization Projects Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of consultancy services for survey feasibility study design design review and supervision of solarization of water supply schemes under revitalization plan including complete engineering assessment planning and implementation oversight - Bidding shall be conducted using quality and cost based selection through single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS - Consultants must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council KPRA and FBR with relevant codes - Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically in accordance with RFP with bid declaration certificate and commitment to provide 10 percent performance security upon award - Pre bid meeting scheduled prior to submission for clarification - Technical proposals will be evaluated first followed by financial opening for qualified bidders - Pro Tip Short Paragraph ensure strict compliance with RFP requirements and timely submission of both proposals and bid declaration to avoid disqualification
