Upgradation and extension of existing building of ladies club at city Narowal including civil construction structural expansion and associated infrastructure works with completion timeline up to 31-12-2026 - bidding will be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System via EPADS on item rate basis - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and submit bid security of 1851072 rupees which is 5 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR with original submission before opening - bids will be opened on 20-05-2026 in presence of bidders representatives and incomplete bids will be rejected - performance guarantee of 10 percent will be required from successful bidder.
