Procurement of brand new tyres through annual framework contract with estimated cost PKR 4342000 and bid security 2% amounting to PKR 86840 - tyres must be new with manufacturing date not older than one year at time of purchase order - procurement through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bids must be submitted online by 18-05-2026 at 14:00 hours and opened at 14:30 hours same day - original bid security in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order must be submitted before closing time - bid validity 120 days and procurement includes multiple lots to be selected separately by bidders.
