sealed bids invited under single stage two envelope procedure for annual procurement of medicines drugs and surgical disposable items for operation theatre anesthesia and other departments for financial year 2026 27 bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities bids must be submitted electronically through epads latest by 16-05-2026 at 10:00 am and will be opened same day at 10:30 am bid security 2 percent of estimated cost in form of cdr or bank guarantee must be submitted in original before closing time procurement governed under ppra rules 2014 amended incomplete or late bids will be rejected
