sealed electronic bids invited for hiring of event management firm under framework contract for conference and seminar services estimated cost 450000000 bid security 2 percent amounting 9000000 procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under ppra rules 2014 amended bidders must submit bids through epads on or before 18-05-2026 at 11:00 am bids will be opened same day at 11:30 am bid validity 120 days bids must include required documentation and bid security in form of cdr bank guarantee demand draft or pay order incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected
