Description
bidders are required to ensure submission of all documents as specified in the bidding documents bids lacking undertakings valid documentary evidence supporting documents or required test certificates shall be rejected at the initial stage all required data sheets and documentary evidence for critical components must be submitted for scrutiny procurement of solar system 30kva hybrid inverter with lithium batteries and purchase of hardware items via single stage one envelope competitive bidding procedure as per punjab procurement rules 2014 bids must be submitted electronically through epads on or before 11-05-2026 at 09:00 am technical bids will be opened at 09:30 am same day and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened at 02:00 pm bid security must be uploaded and original submitted before deadline manual submissions will not be entertained procurement subject to availability of funds
