Procurement of equipment including handheld devices with OTG connect kit quantity 21 biometric devices quantity 96 and bluetooth printers with 50 rolls each quantity 75 - bidding through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA rules 2004 - electronic bids must be submitted before deadline with original bid security submitted physically - bids will be opened same day - eligibility requires bidders registered with income tax sales tax and active taxpayer list of FBR Pro Tip Ensure timely submission of both electronic bids and original bid security
