Mail Transportation Services Multiple Routes Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of mail transportation services on 103 routes including routes such as Jhang Ahmad Pur Sial distance 226.2 kilometers Lahore Sheikhupura Sangla distance 100.2 kilometers and other specified routes with vehicles of specified capacity and condition - contract period of three years - bids to be submitted through EPADS and technical bid also required in hard form - bidders must quote rates on per kilometer basis - transport vehicles must not carry passengers during mail delivery and must be equipped with mobile phone facility provided by contractor - vehicles must follow fixed mail schedule determined by Pakistan Post and must bear Pakistan Post logo red color scheme and helpline number - contractor responsible for all route expenses including tolls - bidders must provide proof of financial capability NTN number and PST registration - bid security amount Rs 100000 in shape of demand draft payable to Post Master General Central Punjab Circle required - tender document fee Rs 5000 non refundable to be deposited and receipt submitted - technical bids evaluated first and financial bids opened only for technically qualified bidders scoring 70 percent or above - vehicles must be registered in bidder name with valid fitness certificates and route permits - bids must be submitted by specified deadline and opened same day through EPADS Pro Tip Ensure vehicle compliance branding documentation and financial bid accuracy before submission
