Procurement of non consultancy services for hiring of human resource service provider firm to outsource line staff including ALM and LM for operational activities under EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure and quality and cost based selection - bids must be submitted electronically by 20-05-2026 at 11:30 AM and opened same day at 12:00 PM - bidders must provide bid security in acceptable forms and comply with procurement rules and EPADS registration - manual submissions not allowed and incomplete bids will be rejected Pro Tip: Ensure proper registration on EPADS and submission of bid security with complete technical and financial proposals.
