Description
E-bids invited by Directorate General of Commodities for procurement of Solar System 30KVA Hybrid Inverter with Lithium Batteries and purchase of hardware items through single stage one envelope competitive bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidding documents available on PPRA website - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only and no hardcopy submissions will be entertained - proposals must be uploaded on or before 11-05-2026 at 09:00 AM technical bids will be opened at 09:30 AM and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened at 02:00 PM on same day - bid security must be uploaded on EPADS and original bid security must be submitted at Directorate General of Commodities 135-J Block Model Town Lahore before closing date - bids without bid security shall be rejected - all documents must be properly numbered signed and stamped otherwise rejected - procurement subject to availability of funds and dual offers not allowed - all procurement governed by PPRA Rules 2014
