Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors for procurement of civil works under the project Establishment of China Pakistan Joint Research Centre CPJRC on Earth Sciences at Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad for FY 2025-26 - funds have been reserved and will be utilized for eligible payments under the contract - objective of pre-qualification is to shortlist contractors for subsequent invitation to bids and contract agreements with successful bidders - only pre-qualified applicants shall be eligible to participate in further procurement proceedings - pre-qualification process is open to applicants subject to eligibility criteria as defined in pre-qualification documents - interested applicants may obtain complete pre-qualification documents through EPADS v2.0 during office hours - applications must be prepared as per instructions and submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal https://vendors.epads.gov.pk on or before 21-05-2026 at 02:00 PM - applications will be opened on same day at 02:30 PM through EPADS v2.0 - manual submissions will not be entertained - grievance redressal committee constituted under Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004 - notification available on procuring agency and PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk
