Design And Construction Of Research Centre Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of state owned entities organizations firms and companies for design and construction of civil work components of China Pakistan Joint Research Centre on Earth Sciences at Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad under PPRA Rule 42(f). Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC Category C-A registration GST NTN and EPADS registration for construction works. Bidding documents containing detailed scope of work requirements and terms of reference are available from the office of PSO QAU upon payment of Rs.10000 processing fee or may be downloaded from EPADS V2.0. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-05-2026 at 1430 hours in Committee Room Admin Block QAU. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals in hard and electronic copies. Bid security amounting to Rs.15 million in shape of bank draft bank guarantee CDR or pay order is mandatory. Financial proposals of technically qualified firms only shall be opened after technical evaluation. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: State-owned entities with strong civil construction portfolios valid PEC registration and complete bid securities may strengthen technical qualification.
