Design And Construction Of Research Centre Civil Works Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of services of state-owned entities organizations firms and companies for design and construction of civil work components of China-Pakistan Joint Research Centre on Earth Sciences at Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure through EPADS in accordance with PPRA Rule 42(f). Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration in Category C-A and valid GST and NTN registration for construction works. Bidding documents containing detailed scope of work requirements and terms of reference are available against processing fee of Rs. 10000 in shape of CDR or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer Quaid-i-Azam University and may also be downloaded from EPADS V2.0. A pre-bid meeting shall be held in Committee Room Admin Block QAU. Bid security of Rs. 15 million in shape of bank draft bank guarantee CDR or Pay Order is mandatory. Financial proposals of technically qualified firms shall be opened after technical evaluation. Procuring authority reserves right to reject any or all proposals under PPRA Rules.
